We each placed an ornament on the tree today, started our Jesse Tree devotions, and lit our advent wreath.

Charlotte’s Web
We read Charlotte’s Web together as a class. Wrote about the theme and character traits on the Barn Cellar. Built a classmate up with encouraging words on our Great Friend Frames. Collected boxes food for the Trinity Food Pantry in our Harvest Barn. We finished the unit off by having a Celebration that included: watching the movie and comparing it to the book, drinking Wilbur’s Brew Punch, spider eggs, donuts and popcorn.
Turkey Projects
Students made a turkey in disguise, and wrote a persuasive paper to Farmer McNugget on why he shouldn’t eat the turkey for Thanksgiving.

Towers
We built towers in science, using what we know about properties of solids. The tower had to withstand the force of wind from a fan on high speed.
