Jesus Time-Read over and do p.11-12 “Jesus Dies and Is Buried” in your yellow Jesus time book. One way that we can reflect Jesus’ love is our lives and thank God for sending Jesus to die for our sins is to praise Him. One way to do this is to read the Bible Words to Remember aloud several times all day.

Math- The moment you all have been waiting for is here. We are going to begin multiplying! Today we will start with Multiplying by 5 facts. Go to Seesaw and watch 110-A. Worksheet 110-1A, 110-1B and 110-1C will be used during the lesson. After the lesson you can watch a Jack Hartman song multiplying by 5 on YouTube, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=TFcwMi8l040 If your parents still have the fact cards I gave them at open house, they can use set I for you to use. Set J will be for the week after spring break.
Spelling-Take the Easter spelling test on. Spellingcity.com. Make sure to use your username and password so I can see how you did. Push the red Spelling Test Me button.
Cursive-Watch the cursive lesson for the lowercase letters c and q by clicking on the links below. The q YouTube is a little different than the q, I want you to make. You can also watch the lesson on Seesaw. Afterwards do p. 86 and 87 in cursive. Don’t forget to make sure you are sitting up straight and your book is positioned correctly. See page 59 for book positioning. You can also go back and make sure all pages are complete that were already assigned.

You should also be reading the library books and classroom books that you took home with you, and taking AR tests on them when you are done. If you are running out of books at home, you can read books on Epic and Vooks and take tests on the books afterwards.

-Use Raz-Kids A-Z to read a book and answer questions. Your parents have the login and password information. Have them email or text me if they cannot find the login and password.
Writing-You can use fresh paper to rewrite your final copy of your three favorite characters. Make sure to write your final paper neatly making sure to fix all corrections. Make sure you have a Title at the top with each word capitalized, and your name on the paper. You can put the cover I gave you on too when you are done. See the picture below of the cover. I would like to share these when we return after spring break on zoom or Seesaw. Looking forward to hearing about your favorite characters!

Zoom meeting- There is going to be an optional zoom meeting at 2:00 today. Make sure to read over zoom etiquette on our classroom remind. Your parents can click on the link I sent them by email to join. If you want to show and tell something you can. You can share your favorite characters paper too if you are done. We will do it again soon, so don’t worry if you can’t make it. I will let you share again at the next zoom meeting.
