Virtual School Tuesday, April 14th

The angel said, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?  he is not here, but has risen.”           Luke 24:5-6

Jesus Time-Read over and do p.13-14 “Jesus Rises from the Dead”  in your yellow Jesus time book.
Jesus conquered our enemies and is alive to prove it. He took away the guilt and punishment of our sins. Through His suffering, death, and resurrection, He conquered death.  Since He now gives us eternal life, we need not fear death. He completely conquered the devil. This is why we can joyfully greet each other with these words:  “He is risen! He is risen indeed! Hallelujah!” Say it over and over all day long.

Listen to one of our 2nd grade favorite bands, Rend Collective, sing  More than Conquerors
